Basis of services

Services are provided only on the basis of a written agreement or a written offer accepted by the client.

Fees and payment

Fees are as stated in that offer. Invoices are payable by bank transfer or by card via Stripe.

Cancellation and refunds

Fixed-fee reviews can be cancelled free of charge before work has started, with a full refund.

Once work has started, cancellation is charged pro rata for work done and the rest is refunded within 14 days.

Monthly representation mandates can be terminated as set out in the mandate agreement.

Governing law

The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies. No legal advice is given through this website.
